The desk staff were not able to answer simple questions: anything about the neighborhood, why we didn't have Wifi. There was no toast or muffin or even a vending machines with food. The food in the room was old and stale. THe wall paper was all peeling in the shower (creepy!)

location was great. hotel was quiet and fit our needs.

the mattress pad was ripped and kept falling off. the fitted sheet was not fitted, so we ended up directly on the mattress while sleeping at one point.

Excellent front desk employees! They were able to accommodate our last minute stay. Our room was small, but clean and had all the ammenaties we needed. Great location to walk around to shop or eat.

The area around the property is not charming. the hotel is old and the carpet might need a refresh. There are scratches on walls. Only one employe was smiling but most were not talking a lot. The room was noisy because there was some work outside and we could hear the rain beating a roof. Prices seem high for the hotel standard and in the neighborhood in general.

It’s overpriced for the room. You have to find your own parking, I’m still waiting on my deposit for incidentals. It said delux king suite was a queen bed. Mini fridge didn’t work. It was about 10-15 min north of downtown. For anyone’s stay should be about 179$ a night. Won’t stay again
