From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. 🛏️ **Room & Comfort** The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, with a luxurious rain shower and high-quality toiletries that added a touch of indulgence to my stay. 🍴 **Dining Experience** The breakfast buffet was a delightful mix of local and international dishes—the Jollof Rice is a must-try! The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the city, and the dinner menu was exquisite. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. Hotel um pouco envelhecido. Café da manhã fora do hotel. Me enviram inúmeros e-mais antes de minha chegada me atualizando sobre valores de hospadagem, sendo que a minha já estava paga desde o Brasil.

It's much better managed than when it was under Sheraton. The room had a lot of noises coming in from the street and club, even though I asked for a quiet room. The corridor was made of tile and transmitted a lot of noise when people walked by your unit (luggage, cleaning cart, etc.).

The staff at the reception was super kind and helpful.

The place was full of mosquitoes! My guests and I were bitten badly. The food was terrible! we ended up falling ill. There were bugs on the bed. The food was uncooked sometimes and unhygienically covered. Torn sheets! My credit card was charged surreptitiously, weeks after I had checked out, although I paid for their terrible service via bank transfer when I checked out.
