Location is good

The A/c heating unit sounds like a jet engine.. so loud!!!!

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and completed the check-in process. We were informed that we would receive a text message when our room was ready, but we never received any notification. After returning around 3 PM, the official check-in time, we encountered the same staff member, who was very slow in processing our check-in, despite the fact that we had just checked in three hours earlier. It seemed like she was more focused on reading news online than on assisting us, as we stood in front of her for about 20 minutes. The total time spent on check-in could have totaled one hour. Additionally, the sink area in the room was not very clean, and the once-white towels appeared gray. The shower door and sink faucet opened counterclockwise, which felt awkward to use. Overall, our experience did not justify the price we paid.

Overall space in the room with 2 queen beds. the double-sided vanity mirror, and an actual door to the toilette were my favorite aspects. Didn't get to use any of the amenities, but the check in area was very nice.

Parking was hard to find when returning from dinner and the toilette pressure wasn't that great. After every flush I had to shimmy the flusher/plugger thing. But overall experience was fine.

The room we checked into looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned beforehand. There were a bag of trash and a cleaning cart right outside our room. The bathtub was disgusting with hair and dirt. And a hand towel near the kitchen sink had obvious black stains. Also, part of the room’s roof was just paper that could easily be removed, which made the noises from water pipes and stuff in the wall easily leak into the room. The customer service was fine. They didn’t have another room of the same type available and agreed to provide me a free upgrade just so that I could switch to a different room. It’s worth noting that they didn’t offer the upgrade proactively. I raised the request and they said yes. At first their response to my complaint was simply to send someone to clean the room asap.

Hotel lounge was so nice and clean. The room was very space for regular double bed room. Compared to other inns adjacent, this place has way bigger room for the same price. We ended staying one more night. Staff were so friendly offering extra hot chocolate for my kids. They also offered board games for my kids. Very family welcoming place.

Location was goods it is at one end of the Main Street but easy to walk to places we wanted to go to or all the way down the Main Street if we wanted. Staff was great. Room was comfortable good value. We would stay again at this location.
