Once you stepped out of the elevator, you have to use the card key to get into the lobby of your room which is a hassle when you have your hands full

Terrible hotel. We would not recommend. The check-in process took almost 30 minutes and we were the only ones there. The staff didn't care. The manager was sitting there amd said nothing even though we were visibly frustrated. The hotel is old, a bit smelly and shabby.

Well located

Careless front desk staff, check in was a terrible experience with excessive wait and assignment of room that was not made up from the last guest. Tired and frayed greyish white towels.

The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Location was convenient to the center of town.

The location of our room was on the first floor near the utility structure. There was work being done just outside our room until 9:00 pm. The workers were chatting loudly. The garbage collector came the next morning, a Saturday (around 5:00 am), just outside our room where the contractor was working the night before. The facilities were wonderful with the exception of the disruptive noises.

location! it is steps away from downtown. perfect walking distance to everything.

the room had a pungent mold smell. You can tell in the bathrooms mold is growing.

Great location, room was worn and in dire need of a refresh. Location is great and staff was super helpful. I guess I expected a better room for 400$ a night.
