靠边的房间在制冰机隔壁有点吵 如果对噪音有要求的人群可以避免安排在那

The staff was friendly and the rooms are clean. Especially loved the experience at check in and the bartender in the V lounge was fabulous. Also excellent to hear live music.

There is no real designated pet area for elimination. Also the location is ok but at the edge of town on a busy intersection. I didn’t feel 100% safe and secure in my room.

The smell of disinfectant was severe. White bed cover had stains on 2 different places (lipstick)

Very convenient location even if it’s at the edge of Solvang. A convenience store that’s open till 11 was across the street.

You know all the hotels are old which is the charm of Solvang. This hotel looks remodeled to look modern. The towels were old and dingy. The price was $$$.

It was in the right location and price was good.

The room was infested with ants that were in the bed and biting us as we slept. Additionally, the room was dirty upon arrival. They don't offer any cleaning service while you stay, but they tell you that you can request it. But, when requested, no one came to service our room... Staff were unhelpful and seemed disgruntled. Rooms felt like they received the landlord's special; paint slapped over things, exposed wiring, and a lack of a manual lock to keep us safe. We ended up getting fed up and shortening our stay as a result.
