The location of the the Hotel was great for my plans.

NO Hot Water! At 6:30am I expected to get up, take a shower, and get on with my day. There was no hot water in the shower. After about 15-20 mins of running the water and waiting, I called the front desk, and he said they've been having trouble with the boiler. He called the engineer, but I didn't have time to wait. I wiped down with a cold washcloth and called it good. This is a bad way to start your day...
