Hilton Grand Vacations Club Chicago Magnificent Mile

The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet and very conveniently located. It appears to have been recently renovated. We were here on business. Brianna checked us in and followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. We had great service :). I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Chicago.

Lovely big room, tastefully furnished. Hotel was in excellent position for site-seeing. Not cheap but worth it

Wir sind 11 Uhr angereist, bekamen sofort traumhafte Studios mit Kingsize Betten. Die Lage, Aussicht und Ausstattung im 21. und 25. Stock perfekt. Alles sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und Felicitas vom Zimmerservice war fantastisch. Wir haben traumhaft geschlafen, alles wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Super Hotel mit umwerfenden Service - TOP, hatten ein großzügiges Zimmer im 26 Stock (wir haben eine Woche vorher darum gebeten), Ralph hat sich große Mühe gegeben uns im Stadtplan um das Hotel herum alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants zu empfehlen - toller Service vom Hotel Management, Bushaltestelle gegenüber an der Straßenkreuzung,

ist gibt nichts an dem Hotel auszusetzen , alles TOP,

They asked at check-in if I wanted the room cleaned daily upon which I stated yes. However when I asked the front desk why it did not happen they stated they clean every 3 days if you stay a week. It took way too long to just get towels to the room.
