Hilton Grand Vacations Club Chicago Magnificent Mile

La pileta de natación estaba en reparación. Hacía mucho calor y habíamos ido a ese hotel porque tenía pileta.

Staff was very accommodating and the room was quite spacious. Location was central to many restaurants & activities. Loved the small kitchen & the fact there was a Whole Foods one block away.

We were on the 25th floor & it took a long time to get an elevator

Great location and friendly staff. Elevator from parking garage directly into lobby. The room was huge and clean. I liked that there was both a table set and seperate couch in the room along with a bench. The bed was very comfortable.

Pillows were not great (for me at least- super fluffy). Shower could have been bigger. Parking entrance and small unloading area is off of Ohio St. and a little difficult to manage.

Nice hotel in a great location only drawback of my stay was the pool was not open.

Friendly staff

Worst part for the kids was the pool was not open when it should have been, on the site when we booked it said pool opened in early May. We were there first week June and it was empty. They never cleaned the room while we were there even when we asked.

Every one was nice am happy 😃

Had everything we wanted staff were very helpful very stress free stay
