Shangri-La Jakarta

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They definitely attributed to the happiness of my stay in Jakarta. I was always welcomed back and doors were always opened for me. The staff was also able to answer my queries about Jakarta as well. The hotel itself is very exquisite with good restaurants and the breakfast buffet is huge. My bed was super comfy and I really liked the electric control for the night time and day time curtains. The internet at this property was also fast which is probably the most important aspect.

Visited this hotel for 4 night city break on way home from Lombok. The hotel ideally situated in heart of business district of Jakarta with good access even in the manic traffic. Very exacting standards as you can expect with Shangri-La hotel group with high security for all guests a priority. Would seriously recommend the Horizon club rooms as excellent value for money. Rooms are typically spacious and well maintained by a very efficient housekeeping crew. Great views over the city especially at night. All the staff we encountered in the Horizon Club lounge were of a very high calibre , extremely friendly with an attention to the smallest of details. Hotel has a great, well equipped outdoor pool area with a separate water play park especially for children. The tipping water barrel feature is a delight.
