Shangri-La Jakarta

Wit its spectacular lobby and excellent gardens (a rarity in Jakarta) and pool, one is immediately impressed and the rest of the hotel measures up to the same standard, all at a sensibly competitive price. It would be hard to find better accommodation in Jakarta.

The hotel is a bit dated; however, it is still rather elegant. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. Also access to the club lounge was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend the Shangri-La

Amazing hotels with 5 star services, room, foods and hospitality!!the 23 th floor lounge also serve a great foods and drinks all day long for me and my families!!we will come again for sure!!

This was my second stay at the hotel , I was very impressed the first time. From the moment you walk in you feel that you are home , everyone is so helpful the rooms are clean and beautiful. I chose to stay in The Hyat club which is perfect for having visitors to for Buffett and drinks. However this year I was a bit disappointed with the food after 3 occasions I was sick ,I was scared to eat there not knowing which dish was the culprit. The Hotel is fantastic it's truly a wonderful resort. It was a shame about the food issue which effected both of us . This was home for 3 weeks so we used all the facility's ,it was convenient to our friends and we were treated like royalty.
