Shangri-La Jakarta

Property location is great and ambience is very nice. Food available for all types of people I had a very tasty Indian food for break fast as well as lunch

Good hotel. Lounge staff is very friendly. Nice pool area also for kids.

They welcomed me as a Golden Member even though I booked on Expedia. Shangri-la always provides one of the best service

The staff were courteous and very efficient. My daughter left her earphones on the bed and the sheets were changed with the earphones in them. The service leader came with the cleaner to check and look for it. Hours later, they found the earphones and came back with a plate of fruits as a token of their apologies. My daughter and I did not expect them to find the lost earphones and were pleasantly surprised at their good service and diligence to look for it among the piles of sheets that must have accumulated through the whole morning of cleaning. Good job, Basuki!

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Not worthy of a shangri la. The room decor is depressing
