Very attractive and clean hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was quiet and clean. The restaurant offered very good food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, secure, clean and high class service. Friendly and helpful staff. My only reason to mark down my stay was for the very excessively expensive charges for drinks and food. Staff aggressively attempts to up-sell. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful room, bed was soooo comfy! Bathroom spacious and lots of water pressure in the shower. The outdoor pool is truly resort-like and the gym has more than you need for a great workout, they even offer fitness, spin and yoga classes! The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet are amazing!

The room is very spacious and clean. Service from the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and exceptional. You also got plenty of choices for breakfast and it tastes delicious. Overall, we are very happy to stay in ShangriLa for our next visit to Jakarta!
