"Staff is great, all downhill from there"

Staff was very friendly, pet charge is exorbitant in my opinion (and wasnโ€™t advertised that we could see), internet worked 1/4 days, TV didnโ€™t work at all, sofa bed was like sleeping on straight springs, โ€œspa/saunaโ€ was colder than the pool, bed hadnโ€™t been swept or mopped under in what looked like months, sheets for sofa bed smelt stale and musty

Staff is excellent - user friendly. VERY CLEAN, excellent breakfast. Didn't realize the property would have air traffic constantly flying over the property. TOO NOISY which is fine if you don't mind not sleeping through the night or relaxing by the pool. Elevator not working which is tough bringing luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Could use grab bars in the shower for the older population.

The room was very well maintained and had all options needed for a stay. I liked the kitchen and options for a potential long term stay if need be. The front desk employees were friendly and the cleaning staff was welcoming and others were very enjoyable to talk to. It is a relaxing place to stay.
