the aircon in one if the bedroom is very loud unable to sleep and rest, one bathroom is bathroom for disable it made the floor very wet .. at 145am door lock is not working due to low battery, we are miserable

Our family drove a long way to arrive at this accommodation. However, we were unable to check in at the promised check-in time (3pm). They said the room was not cleaned because the housekeeping staff was busy. Since we were traveling with a young child and elderly parents, we wanted to check in on time, rest, and plan our next trip to Las Vegas. We complained to the manager, but the manager didn't even politely apologize to the customer and just told us to cancel the reservation or wait. My family had a very uncomfortable and worst experience. I was finally able to check in around 6pm. If you plan to stay here, don't expect to check in on time. And also don't expect a polite apology or service.

I liked everything about the property. I hated everything about how the transaction was handled and I’m still having problems.

I booked the reservation through Booking.com. When I arrived, they told me there were problems. They said there are communication issues between their software and Booking.com. They showed that I was in the system, but they didn’t have a booking confirmation number so I gave it to them. I put the charge on my Apple Pay through booking.com. When I checked in, I gave them a different credit card that I had a hard version of, in order to cover incidentals. It took forever for check-in, but they assured me everything was fine and that there was nothing wrong with my account or my credit card. I know for a fact, there’s nothing wrong with my credit card. Today I tried to use Booking.com for my next stay and my account is frozen and it won’t take any of my credit cards. I had to find a different way to make my reservation. I spoke to London at the hotel and she said she was working on it and would call me. I just spoke to my bank and I found out they have a $200 charge against the credit card for incidentals (which I had zero incidentals). I tried to call them to resolve the issue and I was on hold forever. They then told me that I needed to talk to somebody at a different phone number, and eventually I hung up because I’m so frustrated. Apparently I need to call back when they don’t have anyone else calling them (at two in the morning I’ve set my alarm).

The food was good the staff was nice. Some of the areas are updated but there are others that need more up-keeping, especially since dogs are allowed in the property. The pool also needs some TLC. I wished the rooms had laminate wood flooring. I did love the fact that the hotel has a full kitchen with the basic utensils and pots needed for a family. The hallways did seemed a bit too dark in my opinion. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

Great hotel. Second time staying. The pool was def improved from last year. Inside is apways clean and up to par for a week stay.

Best and most affordable hotel we’ve ever stayed.
