Lovely place

Breakfast was usual fare. I Ubered everywhere. Pool is small but nice.

Need ice machines. Need guide on TV. Only 3 miles to airport.

Excellent room and location! Staff was very hospitable and up to standard.

I got there around 10:30pm and they told me that they didn’t have a room for me and told me that they reached out to Expedia in the morning but I was never notified and it took 2 hrs for me to find another hotel

Upon checking into my guest room, I turned back the bed covers to inspect the bed linens. The bed linens were used and not changed from the previous guest. The wrinkled areas and a body imprint were evident on the bottom sheet and mattress. I immediately contacted the front desk to request that housekeeping come up to change the bed linens. I also am not happy with the breakfast buffet service at 7:00am. The kitchen attendants adamantly told us that breakfast was not ready yet and they would not allow us to take any foods for our airport shuttle. Therefore, we did not have any breakfast before departing for the airport. I am also very unhappy with the airport shuttle driver, Bill. He dropped us off at the back of the terminal for Southwest. He did not drop us off at the front of the Southwest check-in counter, as we had requested. This unsatisfactory experience with the used, unchanged bed linens, dismal breakfast experience and incompetent airport shuttle driver is inexcusable and not up to the quality of the Marriott brand. Do not stay here. There are many other options near the airport.
