"Exceptional"

This is a reasonably priced nice hotel in Almaty. Staff is helpful. They found a bandaid for me at 11 pm from a pharmacy -- these type of quick fixes are not easy in post Soviet countries.

"This was my worst experience of staying at the Hilton hotel as my flight got delayed and I asked them for late checkout"

This is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel like Hilton. The staff is non-cooperative. Even they refuse to serve a glass of water because as I checked out so they said now you don’t have a room here and we cannot serve you water. you have to buy. I’m really shocked with theattitude towards hospitality of this hotel.

"Not worth the money"

Proximity to nice cafes and spas

Breakfast is not worth it. Rather have something outside. Also, the bathroom smelled

Good stuff

We it was smelling disgusting from the bathroom. And at the second day when I was going out of the bathroom some guy entered the room as the receptionist made some mistake and made him a card of my room. And guess what my wondering when I went out after shower and saw that some guy entered my room.
