Quality Inn York

We were traveling through Nebraska last night, and needed a place to sleep. The nighttime personnel were friendly, and the morning breakfast was decent. But after leaving in the morning, I received a text that my bank account was overdrawn. In addition to the 118.00 room charge, I was charged an additional 268.25. I called the hotel immediately and they couldn't explain why. I wrote about the experience, and the "owner" wrote back saying that there was proof that I was smoking in the room. When I called for some answers, the person I spoke with, Patti, claimed that there was proof of smoking in the room. This is impossible; neither of us smoke and my wife is asthmatic. I simply asked Patti for details about the "proof". Patti also informed me that she was the manager, or 2nd in command, but wouldn't provide the "proof" I was seeking. She said she was busy and hung up on me. An otherwise decent trip through Nebraska was ruined by these ridiculous charges, which overdrew my account. The room was musty and the bathroom smelled of vomit. The only reason we went here was because the adjacent hotels were fully booked. This hotel had few people in the lot, so it looked inviting. But there must be a reason why people avoid this place. I realize times are difficult, but it feels like I stolen from and I won't ever step foot in a comfort hotel or any of their affiliates if this situation isn't resolved. I'll provide a follow-up with how the customer service was handled and/or resolved.

Nice Find! Clean, noise-free and comfortable with a nice pool and a bonus hot tub

Room 119 smelled terrible and the carpet was disgusting. Akso there were no grab bars in the tub area.

I do not recommend this hotel. The front office lady is very disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager and she would not let me speak to them. When I asked she started being very disrespectful. I'm not surprised that they need workers. So overall I do not recommend this

First room stank of tobacco, second room had only scolding hot water in shower. Counter attendant was not to be found so we left. Received the invoice 5 days later and we were overcharged. Manager was rude on the phone when I explained the situation and refused to refund or adjust bill.

Nice hotel, but does not have an elevator..

Great place to stay. Good service and staff.
