The bed was a little harder then our case but it was a good night sleep and everything was clean was a good room

We stayed at this hotel last night. The first room we got the air conditioner didn’t work. Dawn was at the front desk and was so helpful. She went over and beyond to make sure we got another room that was in the area we asked for. Thank you Dawn. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

This Comfort Inn needs to make it known on their website that there is no elevator to the second floor which is unusual in 2019. We booked a king room well in advance but the only one available when we got there was on the second floor. Since I have had knee surgery that was a problem for me that I did not expect. They did offer to carry our luggage for us but the luggage was not the problem. The hotel was clean and friendly service but no elevator was a problem.

We stayed here with our daughters softball team on a Friday and Saturday while in town for a tournament. We waited for 5 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to check in at 9pm. Just off the lobby is a small room with a large table and chairs and TV where we could sit and chat while the girls swam. The chlorine levels were so off in the pool that the girls couldn't see their hand in the water. After swimming in those conditions, the girls who swam all ended up with a severe chlorine rash that lasted for a week. We asked the front desk if it was possible that we move into the breakfast room to socialize with the team and have more space than the table off the front lobby. The front desk called the owner and politely said it wasn't available. We didn't have issue with that response. However, a few hours later the owners(husband and wife) and their young daughter showed up. The Male owner was polite and explained to my husband and another dad that they had opened up that room in the past to groups only to have it be trashed, therefore he was reluctant to open it again. The explanation made sense to us, however, my husband talked a bit more about customer service and what makes people decide on whether to return again when the wife of the owner asked "where are you from?" to which we said "Omaha" and she retorted that if we had stayed in Omaha hotels we would know what terrible service was really like. She made it very obvious she wasn't interested in any repeat stays nor did she hesitate to leave a negative impression on the customer. How unfortunate after her husband had conveyed to us respectfully what customer satisfaction meant and she turned it into an insult.

We were on the last leg of our return home from spending two months in AZ. We had driven over twelve hours and it was cold and blowing snow. we have stayed at many Comfort Inns in the future and have had great experiences and this one did not disappoint. It's located right off I-80 and there are several places to eat, we choose KFC as it was within walking distance of the motel.

Greeted by friendly staff person. The room was quiet comfortable and clean, the whirlpool was so nice after a long drive. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. One of the nicest we have stayed at would definitely recommend staying there.

The beds need new mattresses and box springs. Older and soft. Liked wider tub.

Good hotel for the $$. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was great.

dirty, dirty, dirty...anything that we put our hands on in the room made our hands either sticky or slimy, from the curtain rods to door handles, lights switches, etc. We already moved from one room that was even worse, because the heater was running when it was 90 degrees outside. Just a bad experience. You get what you pay for.
