"I would stay away"

Booked room while outside hotel....went to check in told my room not available. Asked for discount since room I booked not available and told no. I could book cheaper room online ( not to mention could still get original room) and she didn't seem to care. Asked to get out of reservation could not.... So stuck. I could probably just let it all slide but to be honest person that checked me in was just rude, I'm a frequent choice hotel person but I'll say this hotel does not care...do yourself a favor and pay more to stay somewhere else. Worse part she finally,said she would give a whole $3 discount..,.,, and then she didn't, terrible!

"Bed Bugs"

We stayed on night on March 10. There were 5 in our party. March 11- 3 of us had bed bug bites. We have e-mailed the management, and haven't had any type of response. For a total of $103.64, we had the pleasure of spending the next day washing everything and hoping they didn't come along with us! I understand that unfortunately those things happen, but I would expect a response from the management at least, and a refund would have been great.

"Excellent"

Nice hotel, nothing fancy but a decent play to stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were really nice as was the fitness room. They offered a decent breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, muffins, yogurt and oatmeal. Along with toasts and pastries. The bed was comfortable. My only slight negative is that the bathroom is very small. Overall a nice play to stay with things to do.

"Do NOT stay here"

It was unclean, unkempt, and the employees were rude, and overpriced for the size of room. There was clothes left in our room from the previous people who stayed there, which proves to me that they really did not clean it. The food was horrible, cold, and there was floating pieces in my apple juice from the juice dispenser. Will never stay here again.
