Quality Inn York

Place was clean and staff was great!

As expected, we were given a friendly greeting at check-in. When we asked for a dinner recommendation, “Fantasia. ?” Handed us a cute “Lift Your Fork in York” flyer which gave us lots of options. Room was clean and included a corner table and 2 chairs which we both used for a bit of computer catch up time. Breakfast room was clean and laid out in an orderly display, we both enjoyed yoguarts and fruit. Check out slip was placed under our door which definitely made check out super quick.

Room was clean, that’s my first priority! It need some serious facelift! Steps and walkway were loose and crumbling. It’s just old and tired. Helpful staff and clean!

Everything in the room was wet due to condensation. Not handicap accessible. Had to settle for a different room. There was a big black bug in the bathroom. Very bad Oder and bed was very uncomfortable. Would not even recommend this place for your worst enemy!

Pieces of old pizza on floor in closet. Bathroom floor was dirty and had piece of toilet paper on it. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Was supposed to stay two nights. Went to Hampton Inn for second night. Tv was not working when we got to room. Night clerk got it to work.

I didn't have the experience that others wrote about - bed bugs, poor service, etc. The staff were very helpful, got us rooms quickly. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable and provided a needed rest for the evening. It's not fancy, but it was everything you want a cheaper room to be and frankly was better than a fancier chain that I stayed at during the trip.

This is an older hotel, but it is clean and well maintained. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a nice place to stay for a few days, this probably isn't it. But if you need a stopover on a road trip for a night, this place will do the trick.

Becky at the front desk was awesome! Great customer service above and beyond! My only negative for our stay was that the hot tub jets were extremely weak, didn't make the water move at all and definitely didn't give that massage effect that one desires after a long day of driving. But the water was at least hot so still felt good to soak. The pool was great, my kiddo had a blast working out the ants in his pants. Location is also great. Right next to the freeway, Starbucks, other restaurants and shopping needs.

Staff was very friendly but only having the pool/ spa and gym open until 10pm is ridiculous. Both nights I stayed I was not able to be back in time for this and that was the entire reason I selected this location so I could sit in hot tub and relax after a long day working.

The room was over priced. Little outdated and stains all over the carpets
