Black mold in bathroom. Holes in bathroom door and wall, and more black mold! Carpet so dirty, that had to wipe feet constantly. they were black on bottom. Very Bad neighborhood ! For breakfast they handed me a small package of pure white sugar donuts for the 2 of us, through the night window, thar means NO breakfast for us. Really? Had a sign out of the motel across the street , newer and NICE for less than HALF what we paid. Will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again! Worst place ever in our many years of marriage. Bad choice Expedia! Very BAD. Probably use different company from now on.!! Oh, did I mention that walls are dirty and need painted,? Also the bed was OLD, and worn out.....NO SLEEP. Should have slept in car.

Comforter and carpet had burn holes, sheets were stained, overall poor shape

The room was clean, the shower was great but the desk clerk was on the rude side. I had wanted to pay cash at time of checkin but was told there is a 200 dollar deposit. Our bed was hard as a rock and the breakfast which was nice that they had it was just so so.

When we checked in, we had to use the outside night window. You weren’t allowed inside.The room smelled. The towel bar in the bathroom wouldn’t hold the towels (loose from the wall). The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut( warped??). the door to the room at the bottom has an inch opening to the outside. When we left in the morning. the man was rude. Terrible stay.

Mold in bathroom corners. Tub drainage did not work well. Dirty washcloths upon check in. Dirty chair and ottoman. Knocks on the door and phone call a full 40 minutes before checkout. Other than that all was fine. You get what you pay for in our case $77 a night should be a little better.

Disappointed is all I have to say.

I-40 and Sycamore location VERY seedy. Free hot breakfast unavailable, clerk would not even offer an extra packet of coffee so I could at least make it in the room and he was rude about it. Room rate $should be reduced if all amenities NOT provided.

The man at the front desk asked for my pin to my card.. the bathtub had paint peeling from the wall & the towels they gave were not clean they had spots on them... also there were a lot of flys in the room

The unique thing about this Motel is the price they charge for a substandard facility. The online presentation is misleading at best. I would never stay at this Motel or any Days Inn because of my experience during this stay. I would not recommend this Motel to anyone.

Management was nice. Changed our room with no problem, check in was quick.
