"Nasty dirty dog smelling room"

Nothing at all

I didn't like the fact that when I got to the room everything was completely dirty nasty and filthy and the manager wouldn't even compensate me for cleaning my own room but I am going to report this

"Good"

Hotel is in a good area and the lady who did my check in was very nice. The ac and heat in the room worked very well.

The breakfast was lack luster. Just coffee, hot water for hot chocolate and some prepackaged muffins. The underside of the cabinets were terribly dirty. The main light for my room constantly flickered and buzzed.

Nothing Im glad i didnt stay here bc the reviews are terrible and the staff Marissa is rude

They overbooked the hotel even though I had a confirmation number and a late check in requested. They were very rude at the customer service desk.

"DON'T BOTHER"

Bathroom sink was half full of water and clogged. Manager offered me a pitiful 25% discount to stay- message delivered through front desk agent. I politely refused abs walked out. I'm still waiting on the credit promised for the 1 room night not used. In addition, there was a large cigarette burn mark on the counter top next to the refrigerator.
