Extended Stay America Suites - Detroit - Madison Heights

Had a very hard time having the Television in the room serviced.

Just need to update places is outdated.

This property doesn’t have toilet tissue or garbage bags

No tissue for days poor customer service

Fridge leaked, and room smelled of cat pee.

i like how clean it is

the breakfast could be better

Our room is absolutely filthy the bed was disgusting your head and then changed in a good while the pill is were completely stained and we found food all over the floor the stove and condoms on top of the shelving above the sink when they came in and cleaned it looked like they had used our washcloths to clean the bathroom

That it was not clean properly and that we have to wait 38 days for a refund and the doors did not lock outside coming in so people kept putting rocks in the doors not a good sense of security

Dirty hallways, room wasn’t clean, hair in shower public hair on towels tv kept going out batteries in remote didn’t work when you turned on the main light made a loud buzzing sound kids running thru hall ways house keeping kept coming to the room each morning early knocking asking is was we leaving blankets and towels over used and worn thru disgusting made my skin crawl being in the building
