Very dirty everywhere; Halls, lobby, elevator. Etc. Cigarette burns in carpet in room, sink in room full of rust. One of elevator buttons missing. Also, paid for king bed and was given queen. Employee stated all king rooms were taken, Even though I booked in advance & king was available on booking.com web site when I booked. Did not want to walk barefoot in room! Smelled of marijuana & smoke everywhere outside.

Room was clean, staff was helpful

Power went out a couple times… Remote for the tv hardly ever worked, tried a couple different ones from the front desk…

Great! Very accommodating! The staff is very friendly!

That I couldn't stay longer

I did not stay, I was told when I arrived at 10 pm that they had notified you there was not a room for me. They offered me a room with a single bed. 4 times in a row they gave me a room that was occupied. I opened doors on people who were in bed. I feel lucky to not have been shot. Each time he assured me the room was available. I left and checked into a hotel close by, he assured me I would het a refund in a couple of days. You should never let anyone book there.

The sheets were dingy, the floor in the bathroom needed mopping, the dresser draw was broken & the sound in the TV keep shorting out.

The description of the room says a coffee maker in the room, no... counters were sticky, the bathroom door handle was in pieces on the counter. The complimentary breakfast was granola bars and stale muffins, no fruit available. Not a nice place

My hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke. I paid for an upgrade upon entering my upgraded room. It wasn’t cleaned and had vomit on the bathroom floor and kitchen floor when I arrived back to the room the next morning the smell of vomit was still very pungent. One of the staff members with a Yee Yee haircut was extremely rude when requesting an upgrade and a few extra blankets in the room. I was also very disappointed in the sanitation of the hallways and the stairwells two out of the five nights I was staying there. There was urine on the stairs, which was a huge inconvenience to me as I had my children leaving the room. I believe the room was extremely overpriced for its value. I paid over $500 and didn’t feel like I was getting my moneys worth.
