The location is good. Did not seem to have bedbugs?!?

The smell upon waking in is HORRIBLE. Someone definitely smokes cigarettes in this hotel, it seemed as if someone was actively smoking when I checked in and continued to do so all night. My asthma was immediately triggered. Filthy hallways, understaffed desk, and sticky surfaces in room. Fridge was unplugged and no one was available to assist me to pull it away from the wall to plug it in. I didn’t shower because the urine stains around the commode were rather concerning. I left as soon as I woke up because I couldn’t tolerate the odor.

Im traveling a lot. But i never stay at hotel like that one. Dirty, unsafe, staff not friendly. They overbooked! They were yelling at the guests. Terrible place even for one night!

Do not stay here. There are no front desk agents, they room keys deactivate randomly throughout the day, the food provided was stale, and the bed... you're better off sleeping on the floor.

I loved the beds, it was clean and the breakfast was delicious

From the unoccupied front desk to the room keys that deactivate mid-day and require constant "charging", to the deplorable sleeping and bathing conditions it's safe to say don't stay here. Even if you think you have to because of budget - try try try to go somewhere else. Can you imagine finding yourself in the need to access your room quickly for whatever reason only to find out that your key doesn't work and there's no one there to help you? Yeah... never again. So unsafe.

Service was good overall I will stay there again
