La ubicación es espectacular, muy cercano al puerto por lo que lo hace ideal para utilizarlo como hotel de tránsito a cruceros.

El espacio destinado al desayuno es muy pequeño (adyacente a la recepción), por lo que se puede generar congestión en ese horario entre la gente que toma desayuno, aquellos que realizan check in y los que hacen check out.

The hotel was extremely nice and comfortable.

We were going to leave our car there and pay for parking during our cruise. Ended up not doing that and parking at the cruise terminal. We canceled the parking reservations with the front desk the first night. I was still charged the 4 days of parking even though we didn’t use the hotel parking lot. We only had 1 night of parking. Now I’m fighting with the hotel to get my money back.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay before a cruise. It was a bit chaotic when we arrived as their front desk space is a little cramped space-wise. The room was average. Not awful by any means. We booked the shuttle service this hotel utilizes to get to the cruise port the next day. There is a fee and the company is Avanti Shuttle. The included breakfast was average. Not lots of options but okay for a quick bite. They post what time frames are less busy so that was helpful. The front desk staff was helpful when we needed to store our luggage due to arriving too early for check-in.

Barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht. Als wir Abend eingecheckt haben bin ich runter zur Rezeption und habe drum gebeten die Couch zu einem bett umzubauen. Da ich nicht mit meiner Mutter in einem Bett schlafen möchte. Dies war nicht möglich! Also habe ich eine dünne Wolldecke bekommen und habe dann so auf der Couch geschlafen. Für das teure Geld nicht wirklich toll.

De kamer was voortreffelijk! Heel ruim, apart zitje met hoekbank, een aparte werkplek, ruime badkamer. Volgens mij was de kamer onlangs gerenoveerd. Zag er beter uit dan op de foto's op Booking. De ontvangst laat in de avond was zeer vriendelijk. Ik was erg moe van de lange vlucht maar de dame nam alle tijd om mij dingen uit te leggen. Ik vroeg of water uit de kraan drinkbaar was en ik kreeg een tasje met paar flesjes water. De shuttle naar de cruiseport was ook prima. Deze wordt echter niet door het hotel zelf gereden maar je kunt wel via receptie boeken.

Het ontbijt. De ontbijtruimte liep over in de receptieruimte en was gewoon te klein. Het eten was regelmatig op of lauw. Keuze was zeer beperkt. Het was moeilijk om een plekje te vinden ook al was ik alleen. Er zijn gewoon mensen die de vrije plekken aan hun tafel niet willen delen.
