Was the beautiful scenery! We loved the balcony view, very relaxing and beautiful view!

Wi-Fi didn't work, I connected to it 3 times and it didn't work.

Besides giving me the wrong room, I couldn't complain.

I enjoy the groomed and quiet scenic GMproperty. The staff is personable and professional! I usually stay there every couple of weeks to relax and rewind. Their complimentary breakfast is fantastic! Always elated to return to the Woodlands for any length stay!

It was very nice

Stayed here for a family reunion. The woman who check us in was wonderful. Even though she was juggling what looked like a wedding young people she took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. I wish I got her name but she was tops in my book!

Property was dated and in declining condition. The outdoor swimming pool, and the jacuzzi areas were shutdown and not in a useable condition. The indoor pool was found to be in very poor condition as well. The rooms were subpar with stained flooring and awful beds. Overall condition of common areas was dated and less than desirable. This property was not found to be even close to the way it is marketed and advertised. The pros of this facility include the staff and employees of the resort. They were extremely hard working and doing the best they can with the building. They did their jobs well and with a friendly smile. The food purchased during our stay including breakfast was excellent and worth the price. Overall the facilities need an extensive renovation and attention to declining condition of the amenities. We experienced an issue with a toilet fixture running over in the middle of the night in which the front desk attendant and employee provided towels and a garbage bag and asked we clean up the water and set the bag outside.
