"I needed to do some urgent work, there wasn’t WiFi. I requested to cancel and was not allowed."

The location, specially the outside area.

Gym was not available due to repairs. There was not WiFi. Staff (John) was very rude and unfriendly.

IT WAS OK

THE BREAKFAST WAS OK THE POOL NEEDS SOME WORK THE OUSTIDE DOOR TO THE ROOM WERE SO OLD I HAD A WOMEN NEXT DOOR TO ME HELP ME CLOSE THE DOOR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT CLOSING THE BATHRROM NEEDS SOME SERIOUS RENOVATIONS DONE THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS TO BE FIXED THE GROUNDS ARE NICE BUT THATS IT THERE WAS BLUE TARP ON THE ROOF IT JUIST NEEDS SERIOUS WORK!!!!!

We love the streamside room that we had. Having our own private balcony to sit out on and listen to the stream bubble was so relaxing. The breakfast had a decent amount of options. We were also within just a few miles of shopping options and some really nice nature parks.

I loved walking the grounds at night under the moon with all the beautiful lights all around the property…. We had a streamside room and it was absolutely gorgeous…. Breakfast was wonderful.
