Comfort Inn Hoffman Estates - Schaumburg

Room was clean and everyone was friendly, I only had one issue where I had to ask for towels they seem to be short of help, but I was comfortable and it was a pleasant stay.

I was traveling for work in Chicago for a couple days and I saw this one for a really good price. I wasn’t expecting much but it was a really nice place to stay especially the breakfast! After being around Chicago and staying in other hotels, this one was very reliable. The location was really good too, there’s no Kwik Trips anywhere but the gas station across from it is excellent accompanied by food places you can walk to. Sometimes it was a 50 minute drive back but it was worth it! The staff, food and comfort were great. I never leave reviews but this one earned it.

Be aware, each room price is for 2 adults even if it’s a room with 2 queen beds. They charge $25 for anyone over the age of 12 in the room over 2 adults. Also, the hotel needs a lot of update. It seems very dreary.

Not happy with the stay. Couldn’t connect to WiFi from the first room they provided. Moved to a second room and later found that the lights by the bed were not working. Didn’t work for our entire stat.

Not sure the cost was even worth it for what it was.

Not the cleanest hotel, and the breakfast wasn't great, the coffee came out of a machine like a fountain machine. Not great
