Another customer opened my door while I was laying in my bed. The employee at the fro t desk did not have me registered I that room.

shower Curtin was a little dirty

Room was not cleaned, the air conditioning was loud and made noise.The shower curtain was about four inches too short from the tub.Loud the water to exceed on the floor daughter fell out the tub because the floor was extremely wet and soaked up the towel that was on the floor bad experience

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel itself was clean.

REQUESTED SPECIFIC ANSWERS REGARDING AMENITIES PRIOR TO BOOKING AND WAS LIED TO. VERY MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE. BREAKFAST LACKING SEVERAL DAYS HAD TO REQUEST REFRESHING. NO BREAKFAST SUNDAY. NO FACE TOWELS. FLOOR DIRTY. NONCHALANT ATTIRUDES FROM STAFF. ADVISED OF LATE CHECK OUT UPON ARRIVAL, APPROVED, THEN RESCINDED AT CHECK OUT.

LIES!

We were looking for a last minute hotel on memorial Day weekend and called all the hotels in the area, and the lady over the phone named Destiny was so helpful and so friendly. Then when we got there, she was so kind and talked to us about what we were there for and made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful .

When I arrived the first room was dirty moved the room to a new it was dirt there was a bug on the bed the sheets was clearly not clean we had one set of towels for one person to shower when I ask for more the said the laundry lady call out I have wait until tomorrow, once tomorrow came ask for towels agin I revived nothing I had to go to store buy my own towels for the entire stay so I can wash up

It wasn’t clean at all

The location was good. The female that checked us in was delightful. The room was clean until we opened our bed.

The bedding had a huge clump of black hair under the sheets. There was no coffee, we asked a couple times for it. (Breakfast) The morning manager was less than attentive. She was irritated that we asked for coffee 3 times. The fruit was inedible. Apple skins were wrinkled/old. I then told her as we were leaving that she needed to go check our room as I left something there for her. I then told her about the hair. I also sent a text to the night staff about the hair, I was told management would be in at 8 to talk to them. And was told they were sorry for the inconvenience. No offer to clean the disgusting hair out of my bed.
