For the 2,nights I was there I did not get any sleep children were running and banging through the hallway . Carpets are not cleaned . There was a bug on the wall in my room . No proper towels . Receptionist rude not able to speak English . I told the manager about the noise he just shrugged his shoulders at me very disappointed. Nothing like the laqunta in tinley park

Nothing. This place was awful.

The room was not clean, I asked for cleaning which never got done, the guy at the desk offered to give me sheets and towels and clean the room myself, terrible. I'll never stay again. Also the pictures are misleading.

The sheets were clean, and the breakfast is good value for money.

The hotel really needs updating, the carpets in the rooms look really dirty and old. It smells very damp in general as well as the curtains. The reception staff is not very friendly.
