It was a nice room with good amenities. The breakfast was very good. The room itself need some work done. The drain in the sink was sticking up out of the sink and needed repair. The fan in the wall heater was loud. The bathroom had 3 dispensers on the wall with only one working although they did give us a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap. The shower control was hard to operate and I could not get it to shut off completely.

many strange and dangerous people in hotel when I was there - my room was destroyed and I had to wait to have it cleaned. Very bad smell. Very rude clerk. Someone passed away while I was there - many police!

Television needs replacement. Shower curtain was too short so water fell outside the tub and on the floor. Whole bed needs replacing, had stains on it. Woke up feeling disgusted being in the room.

"Renovated and Updated!"

I wrote a review of this hotel in January 2020, finding it careworn and not the best. I visited again in November 2024 and it was transformed for the better. It is still an older building, but the lobby/desk area was substantially refreshed and more customer friendly. The elevators were clean this time. Hallway brightly lit and clean. New paint everywhere. Room was updated with new mattress and furniture-pretty nice. Bedding was very new and towels, too. Bathroom had updated fixtures and great towels and supplies. Abundant instant hot water. Good breakfast included. Needless to say I was very pleased. I guess this is the effect of being part of Wyndham.

They took the card but never checked us out expecting us to check ourself out on their website. They were rude at check in and rude during breakfast. The room was still dirty and only one small garage can and 2 towels

"Need New Management "

The room , the hallways the lobby were filled with tobacco smell . They advertised breakfast included, no breakfast was offered except hot water and coffee. Broken iron in the room no new towels . The hotel is strategically placed by the airport but the management and service is rudimentary. I love to buy this hotel and put it under New management.
