Very ran down and not a safe feeling

This place is a joke reserved a room for me and my family, got there all though it had two double beds they said only two people for that room and I had to get two rooms… then my bank statement had 5 different charges on there even the next day they were still charges showing up on the bank they charge you a $100 security deposit and it all hits your bank when you check in…. And it smelled of weed all through the hallways not very clean stained bedding stained lamp shades not a good stay….

I reserved a room for 1 night. When I entered the room I got my computer out to work. I did not get into bed until around 9 pm. While in bed I looked down at the comforter to see drops of dried blood. I did not feel that anything in this hotel was clean, or safe and have recommended to my family and friends to never stay here.

Had to give all information again at desk and it took about 20 minutes. Room was not bad but bathroom needs remodeled. Looks dirty and water in shower is leaking.

Took nearly an hour to check in with a line of 3 people because the front desk was so disorganized and inefficient. Front desk personnel was more inclined to complain about other guests and deflect criticism than attempt to expedite check-ins. No elevator leading to the 2nd floor, so we had to lug up all our luggage.

It took awhile to get checked into my room.

Front desk lady is rude. Hotel and rooms m, carpet and bathrooms are not clean and dated.

It was a pleasant stay. Service was excellent.

Well check out time on door said moon but they came To room and said it was 11 they charged an extra 100 dollars Incas u damage something and suppose to give it back after you check out mine is still not back on my card not very friendly person at front desk

Nothing really unique. They did not clean rooms unless requested. When i would go to the desk no one would be there so i could request. Waiting up to 20 minutes. Not friendly, not convenient, and not clean.
