Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront

Great price, great staff, clean rooms.

Our balcony door did not lock, there was not even a latch, and it opened up to a rooftop so it could be accessible if someone wanted to. Also the fireplace in the room didnt work, there was a heater so we were fine.

The room was very clean, with amazing views. The staff was always friendly and accommodating! There was some construction noise, but we were advised prior to our stay, so it was fine.

It was a great location close to the beach

I booked our room specifically so we could have a view of the ocean. We were in a room on the 2nd floor right above the restaurant, and our view was almost completely obstructed because of the ac unit on top of restaurant. In addition to that the noise from the machinery was so loud we couldn't hear the waves, let alone have a peaceful night. If I reserve here again I will be sure to call ahead to ensure we do not get that room.

The staff was great.

The hotel was under construction which I new but when we got to the rooms the doors had a hard time opening or didn't close at all That would be the balcony and closet door. My sheets were ripped.
