Nice room, refrigerator, tv, microwave, enough room

Construction underway, I understand. But no fireplace heat in the room meant the room was very cold. Small space heater in the wall, like for a bathroom, was insufficient for the entire room. Went to front desk, they advised the fireplace heat did not work because of construction. We explained the room was very cold, and their solution was more blankets for the bed!! Please! A warm room is about the least one can ask!

It was a nice size room and clean and loved the view

The fireplace didn't work understandably because of the remodeling would have liked a continental breakfast and the oven needs labels there is no way to know how hot it is

Elevator BROKEN! NO Working Fireplace, my unit had old Sock with Dust and Dirt on it in the open. Paid $35.00 just to stay 2 hours later.

We were expecting to be able to potentially check in a hour prior. The front desk told us that there was a fee of $50 for early check-ins. By the time check in arrived there was still only one person at the front desk and a line that took us 45 minutes to get through. Our room was on the 4th floor-no air conditioning so the room was hot and uncomfortable. The area was very noisy- so lack of sleep for two nights. The pool and jacuzzi looked to have been lacking maintenance and cleanliness. We do not normally go cheap, especially for Dr appointments. I would not stay here again nor recommend the hotel.

We had a very good time at Promenade. We loved the location, enjoyed swimming and our room was nice. Our view was oceanside and wonderful. The extras was the Ocean view and the campfire (s'mores) Customer service was excellent especially Paul. He was great and kept us informed during the tsunami scare. His customer service is excellent! Victor was great too!

Will be glad when construction is done as it was noisy. Would have liked a place to put clothes like a chest of drawers . I didn't like living out of my suitcase - too messy!

Location, pool and hot tub.

Vents made noise outside the patio door. People above us stomping like a heard of elephants. Bath tub had a hole in it with water bubbling up from the hole. Disgusting.

The room was too small, pictures were deceiving, room was too hot no air conditioning, windows were dirty couldn’t clearly see the ocean view. We ended up going to another hotel due to it being way too hot and too small. I was told the manager would call me but I never got the phone call.
