I liked the view.

The facilities were not clean and seemed run down. We waited in line for over 20 minutes to check in. We had a person leave their dog in the room and it barked for an extended amountof time.

"Had to move 2 times because of urine and broken safety locks got injured. Staff didn't follow proced"

The size of the room was nice

I didn't like that we had ro move rooms twice because of urine in the tubs in the first 2 rooms and no safety locks on the door on the second room because they were broken and my 3 year old grandson could just let himself out. I didn't like that the threshold was bent up and I tripped, injuring myself, reported it to multiple staff who did NOT follow policy. Now the insurance company is dodging me and not returning emails, the manager and front desk won't speak to me..AND they have my property, a wood hand carved cane my father made for me. That they are basically stealing by keeping it in lost and found and refusing to talk to me. They should have had me fill out paperwork and they didn't. I am very upset. Needing to go to orthopedics, and feel i can't because my insurance won't pay because its a 3rd party injury but the hotel is trying to dodge responsibility! NOT OK.
