Shilo Inn Suites Warrenton

The staff were excellent! The property is a little tired and in need of a face lift.

Didnt have a lot of options last night but for almost $300/ night we had food left in the refigerator, a uaed coffee pod left in the coffee maker, only 1 fresh coffee pod in the room, pumpkin seeds on the floor, no soap, and nat like flying bugs in the room, and the towels were folded but left haphazardly in the bathroom. There was a coffee pot in the lobby but no cream of any kind available. The beds were clean at least.

First thing when we walked into our room we noticed garbage on the floor. But, it was late and we let it go. After getting ready for bed we notced there was no soap, shampoo, or coffee supplies in the room at all. Like they did half of the housekeeping and gave up. So we went to bed. The beds were horrible. Creaking everytine someone moved. The next day the roof and window started leaking so we asked for a different room. They gave us another room that smelled like smoke. This one was clean, but the beds were still horrible. I think its time the change their slogan from "affordable excellence" to something more appropriate such as "cheap mediocrity". At $250 plus per night they should do more. This will be my last stay at a shilo ever!

Staff was very friendly and polite. The building is run down and needs some real TLC. The property is just run down, simple put.

No simple extra amenities, elevator broke down. Property obviously lacked maintenance and upkeep. Property very dated. Room was ok and clean.

No breakfast room is clean and nice but they didn’t control the other guests. It was noisy. They had a coffee carafe in the lobby, but no coffee. Staff was very polite and very efficient beds were too hard I will give it a C+.

No toilet paper. Wall paper peeling off of the walls. Smells. AC doesn’t work and it is very uncomfortable. Elevator not working.

ya mught want to do some maintanence on the building. outside Really needs panted. inside carpet is Nasty . all areas need painted inside. coffee pot is what u would see in a Budget motel. Get some Kurigs for crimany sakes.

the hotel was fine, just a bit dated. we were in town to fish the next day, and it was a convenient location.

It was terrible not with the money
