Shilo Inn Suites Warrenton

There was no soap or shampoo in our room, so i asked for some at the front desk. I was told they were out of soap, but given a couple tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Who would have thought that a room costing >$250 per night didn't include soap.

Great place to stay. Right off bus line if flying in from Portland, OR. Fred Meyer grocery around the corner. Washateria inside hotel. Fantastic customer service!

The check in took too long since the system did not work well. The property looked, smelled, and felt worn and old. The A/C was extremely loud so I opened the window for some air and the window was filthy. The hot tub and half the fitness center was not operable.

Toilet leaked all over the floor, kept us up all night. Water everywhere in the morning, had to use all out towels to clean it up. Told management… they did nothing. Advertising is false, no continental breakfast anymore, hot tub is broken.

After traveling and staying in 12 different hotels . This was one of the least preferred. They have a lot of work to do in this property. The doors were dirty and the furniture was old and the whole place was dingy. The food was not so good either.

We stayed here a couple years ago and the property is more run down now. No upgrades or changes. The associated restaurant is still closed, as it was a couple years ago. The website description says onsite restaurant.

Meet the expectations

Now I’ll start off with saying if this hotel was half the cost then it would’ve been fine. However, hot tub was down, only had three chairs to sit and watch kids in pool, sauna was down, tears on couch cushions in room, stains on bedding, garbage left under the bed, sauna was down, no complimentary coffee, no breakfast (which we did know) and very uninformed workers at the counter. The only thing they knew how to do was check guests in. They were very nice but not trained very well. For the cost of this hotel I wouldn’t recommend it.
