Dirty rooms

It’s quiet even though it’s right next to Hwy 101. I used to live in Astoria in 1990’s. It seems like the hotel has not been updated since the 80’s.

The one man staff was really fast to fix the clogged toilet that was running when I checked in. The window had no screen. The view of the roof was dirty and no do not disturb sign was available. There was no blanket on the bed. The adjacent Shilo restaurant was closed

The check in process was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Many of the amenities were out of order, ex. Spa, treadmill, pool temperature needed attention, among other things. None of this was listed on the website and if it had been would have affected our decision to reside there. Room was nice and clean, atmosphere was quiet. We have never been to the area before and will not be doing so again. Not their fault but a lot of people living in cars.

The pool was the only thing that I liked about the place.

The bed was hard and old. The pull out sofa bed mattress was so old and hard could not sleep on it then it was even broken on top of that not even ready to use and no house keeping at all spa was not even working either.

In the app said they had free continental breakfast but nothing. I feel like false advertiser

When we first checked into the hotel, we were expecting to have continental breakfast and they didn't have that, it said that there was continental breakfast one of the main reasons why we went to that hotel. When brought up to the staff multiple times from myself and my husband I was told that they weren't doing any type of you know, promotional thing because of that inconvenience and then my husband I went to speak to the staff and pretty much shrugged her shoulders, and said, "sounds like they screwed you." For the price of this hotel and being treated like we're nothing is very disappointing. Would not recommend.

The property needs to be updated. Everything’s really old.
