The food at their restaurant is really great. Hotel is centrally located on the main road

Housekeeping is useless - left the room floor wet, didn’t replace any towels 2 days in a row, didn’t even replace empty toilet roll. Toilet seat was dirty and foul smelling Bathroom window had continuous leakage and paint peeling off. We were told we are upgraded but were given the same small room.
