This is the sad part because it could have been handled by management so easily We contacted them Friday afternoon/evening telling them the shower ,which there was only one and no tub, was not working water would only come out of spout not shower head After multiple email contacts they told us to try to wiggle diverted try this and that which I already had and try again Then after more contact on Sat they sent response Our team does not work on weekends and work order created for MONDAY our check out was sunday I asked how this can be acceptable no working shower and they responded the case was closed Soured what could have been a nice experience
FIОтличное расположение, платная парковка была в доме напротив также свободной. Был лифт ,для семьи с малышом в коляске это важно. Сауна просто отличная, нам было очень приятно погреться после прогулки по вечернему городу.
Квартире не достаёт уютных , запоминающихся фишек... всё чисто и опрятно,но ощущение больше похоже на проживание в отеле. Для одной ночи просто супер!

Tiedottaminen takkusi. Parkkipaikkojen varaustilanteesta tuli tieto myöhään ja viesteihin vastattiin majoituksen aikana viiveellä tai ei lainkaan. Jonkunlainen majoituskansio voisi olla kätevä, jossa olisi tarvittavat tiedot, ettei jokaista asiaa tarvitsisi erikseen kysellä.

ATESEl apartamento es muy grande y bonito. Las camas muy cómodas. La pequeña terraza. El apartamento es perfecto.
El proceso del check in. Opté por la opción de NO REEMBOLSABLE, una vez hecho el pago me mandan un enlace para el registro. Foto DNI por delante y por detrás y además me piden un selfie. Les comento que no me siento cómoda sobre todo con el selfie. No sé que relavancia tiene ver mi cara. Si ya han cobrado y ya he mandado mi número de DNI,por qué me piden la parte de atrás del mismo y un selfie? Simplemente me contestan que tienen mucha seguridad en la protección de todo aquello que les mandé. Sin estar de acuerdo con el selfie pero habiendo realizado un pago de 1200 euros me vi en la obligación de hacérmelo o perder mi dinero. Deberían buscar una alternativa para el check in porque con tantos fraudes que hay ahora, no se puede estar mandando el DNI ni selfies con el mismo constantemente. Este mismo verano llevo yo unos cuantos con otras reservas que he realizado con Booking. Así que si estás dispuesto a fotos tuyas y con el DNI adelante, el apartamento y la ubicación merecen la pena. Pero el check un ha sido TEDIOSO. AH y piden un depósito de 200 euros que te desbloquean de tu cuenta bancaria al cabo de siete días de finalizar tu día estancia.
