"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. The new person in training was at the reception desk alone and could not find our rez. Asked us to wait until later to check-in. when manager came back. Our first room looked like someone had checked in, washed up and left. Sanitary seal across the toilet was wadded up on the bathroom counter, a used bar of soap on the sink, washcloths missing, etc. the 2nd room we were given had a filthy microwave but we did not discover that until morning when we went to heat our coffee.
