It was close to everything

The room was very dirty had a lot of flys saw some roaches and the shower curtain was very nasty

"The staff is always nice. We only stayed one day this time but it was peaceful with a great sunset."

The breakfast was fantastic as usual. Plentiful for the whole family. 2 adults and four kids.

There wasnt much to dislike at all. Im a positive person,so everything was great!

"Nice and decent, but not that great"

Nice location - friendly and helpful staff

Room was grimy and not very clean. Windows creaked and creaked with every blow of wind!! Kept some of us up at night! Several of the electrical outlets were wonky.

"Rockport Vacation Stay"

The closeness to the beach ⛱️

We lost AC for a brief moment and no eggs/no meat at breakfast. I truly enjoyed my stay and extended my stay for an additional day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
