Days Inn by Wyndham Rockport Texas

The noise comkng from the AC everytime it kicked on sounded like a cow in distress The toilet had a seal that said it had been sanitized but when I removed it there was dirty toilet paper inside. Made me question as to the cleanliness of the room? We had to toss our luggage over a metal railing because there was no entry if you parked in front of the room. Don't understand why they didn't create an opening in front of the rooms.

The staff were amazing I checked in late and so I had the pleasure of the mid shift and evening shift front desk. Very kind, welcoming and helpful. I also had an encounter with a housekeeper who didn't not disappoint in her service the hospitality was exceptional. The level of hospitality was surprising wonderful from every person at the property . I would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and very comfortable.The staff was friendly and ready to check us in and accommodate our stay.

The manager was very friendly and accommodating. We had issues either the bathroom lights flickering constantly and they quickly gave us a key to a room next door. Sadly though that room was not very clean. The comforter had spots that could have been old blood stains, (room 116)and the bathroom sink had hair and didn’t drain well. Additionally, the safety lock on door was broken. The air conditioning worked GREAT though and you could keep fan running all night. Breakfast is GREAT! My granddaughter loved the state of Texas waffles.

I guess I wrote my complaints above, but although I love that it’s across street from the ocean, you can hear ALOT of traffic noise in the room. You must travel with a white noise machine. I also prefer less light from outdoors. Curtains aren’t great

Liked the location and rooms nice and clean. There were no AC working in the rooms so we didn’t stay. They moved us twice. It was our Anniversary and we wasted all that time. Had to look for another room in another hotel.

No AC! In Texas you can’t be without!!

The neighbor kept the tv on all night long at a high volume, which was not good for me.

Location. Easy to find. Room was nice and had all the essentials. The front desk personnel were friendly and knowledgeable about Rockport. I asked for a recommendation for dinner and it was spot on.

The property was remodeling so it looked a little odd upon first seeing it. Front desk apologized said it was mainly painting. Also there was only 1 ice machine on the far side.
