Hotel Central

The staff were friendly, but the breakfast was disappointing.

On my last night, I was locked out and couldn't open the outside door to enter the hotel. I tried to contact the hotel using the phone number provided on Expedia, but it wasn't updated. As a result, I had to stay at a friend's house for the night.

As central as it gets. Easy to get to and from the airport. Easy walking to chocolate shops, monuments, restaurants, churches. Easy money exchange. And easy for pick up points of you're doing any tours. Super happy with our stay!

The location right in the middle of the city is definitely the best attribute. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the AC is a bonus. If you stay on a room facing the street it might be a bit noisy during the night/early morning. But overall is a good value for what they charge.

Location is good because it is central.

Breakfast very poor. The sheets weren't changed for a whole week and the towels were only changed because we asked. Staff not polite nor professional.

Central location. Friendly owner who allowed me to have late checkout, since my flight is in the evening.

No sound isolation from the street
