Well maintained

Central location, friendly staff, adequate amenities, hot water is hot and air-con is cold.

Breakfast could use a little improvement in varieties and quality

Extremely friendly staff. Flexible with our change of booking. Beautiful colonial-style decorations, including fresh flowers in the staircase. Great Wifi and air condition. Good (if a bit boring) breakfast. Very clean, we also had a balcony. Especially for the price, this was an excellent choice.

Being in the city centre, it was a bit noisy at night (barking dogs, loud cars) but that is not their fault.

Einfaches Stadthotel in Sao Tome mit freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal, für mich war Alles vorhanden was ich brauchte, nur schade dass die Restaurantbar im Haus schon gegen 19h schliesst! schliesstRestaurbrabeabrbraha

Central on the city and the staff is nice Clean space

located in the heart of the city; we could exchange money at the hotel (very convenient for us as this was our first night on the islands)

Half of the rooms overlook a street that can get quite noisy in the morning (I think the rooms facing the backyard are quieter)

Quartos e casas de banho muito degradadas. Pequeno almoço fraquíssimo. Quando chegamos a pessoa que nos fez o check in (muito simpático e solicito) andou connosco de quarto em quarto a procurar quartos que estivessem limpos e arrumados (pq boa parte deles, apesar de já serem 18h, não estava pronto para check in). O chuveiro não funcionava bem, estava sempre a saltar para a torneira.
