Praticamente tutto accoglienza,salvatore ci ha accolti benissimo ,ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli,servizi mezzi di trasporto e soprattutto ci ha fatto entrare ben prima del check in.che dire lo consiglio assolutamente se vi trovate nei paraggi.grazie di tutto voto 10

The room and decoration

Very poor breakfast compared to others accommodation in Italy. Breakfast with very few options and it is not in the same place. Very noisy aircon in the room.

Der Service von Salvatore war sehr gut, zuvorkommend und freundlich!

Die Klimaanlage war ein Tick zu laut.

La struttura era comodamente raggiungibile dall'autostrada

C'era troppo caldo, l'aria condizionata nelle aree comuni non era accesa e in camera funzionava solo quando era inserita la chiave pertanto la camera era calda quando siamo arrivati e l'abbiamo ritrovata calda. Inoltre il bagno non era pulitissimo e la doccia, molto ampia, piena di calcare. Infine il secondo piano senza ascensore è in realtà un TERZO piano

The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, and full of sunlight. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was great, very near Herulanium, cafes, the Archeological Museum, ATMs, pharmacies, and more. There are 3 doors (the door to the building's courtyard, the main door to the Bed and Breakfast, and the door to our specific room) with keyed entry, making me feel very safe. The included breakfast is actually served at a nearby Cafe, which I loved, and the people there were friendly and kind.

There was no lock on the bathroom door. The building is quite old and looks a bit decrepit from the outside, and it has no elevator. We had my parents with us, and the long staircase to get up to the Bed and Breakfast was very difficult for them. The parking lot (which you can use for 10 euros a night) is not at the building but a few minutes walk down the street - not a big deal for us, but it made it harder for my dad. Basically, if you have mobility issues, this place will present some challenges
