The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were small and ranged from paper thin to concrete. It looked like there used to things attached to the walls but were poorly removed, and several light bulbs were missing.
The rooms were gross, stains on the carpet and the sheets of I don't know what the sink handle was broken and some the lights didn't work quite right. The cable was out and there were people loitering outside the building at weird times the only saving grace was the staff very polite and respectful.
This hotel was not worth the price. I had to ask for a trash can and ice bucket. The hotel needs work and the room needed basic upkeep. The phone did not have a cord and there were roaches everywhere! Recommend staying somewhere else no matter how cheap the price!

I was very disappointed. The only clean area is the lobby. My hall way was littered with trash. My room was freezing cold and I turned the air down and the had to kill a "roach", so I turned the air back up. The toilet seat had to be held down so it would not fall off while using it and had burn marks on lid. I got double beds, the first bed when I sat down, almost came off the base, so I slept in the second bed. Room doors slamming through out the night til bout 3 am, and I barely got any sleep. I felt very unsafe and checked out immediately the next morning. I asked about a refund and was told to contact Expedia. I would like a refund of my money for Friday and Saturday night.
The room was horrible. I saw two roaches crawling on the floor. Curtains hanging off the rod. The floor was dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable along with the pillows.

Terrible, rooms dont look like the pictures on hotels.com details are a lie i got a deluxe 2 queen beds. Pillows was tiny and flat. Beds was small rooms wall was paper thin. Could hear the next room people talking and their tv all night.smelled terrible. Not all the lights worked in the room and much much more.......
The hotel staff was professional and courteous. They greeted me with a smile every time and were always available to answer questions or offer help. Their positive attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.
