I had a great stay at this property! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and I appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay.

Smelled like weed from the car to the room. The room smelled like mildew and was 85F. Dirty, 3 of 5 lights worked, 1 towel for 2 guests, TV remote batteries dead and zero amenities. Didn’t feel safe at all. Booked 2 nights and left early the first night to find better accommodations.

Here are the good things about this hotel: The TV works. Here are the bad things about this hotel: Driving up, the parking lot is full of huge pot holes. We were initially assigned to a room that had not been cleaned. The second room we were assigned had nominally been cleaned but had stray hairs remaining. It has a ground in dinginess that would require some updates to the furnishings and some fresh paint to fix. There was only one towel in a double occupancy room. The staff did bring up another set of towels. The toilet was not working correctly and ran all night. The faucet on the sink blasted water out the back. The ceiling over the window drips. The beds are creaky and sagging with hard, flat pillows. The bathroom was full or roaches and ants. There is a nice breakfast area in the lobby, which creates the logical, but incorrect assumption that there will be breakfast or at least coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room. The coffee maker in the room does not work. There is a microwave in the room. The microwave in the room does not work. That is all I found that was wrong with the place, but that should be enough to make it clear that this is not a good place to stay.

The roaches are pretty bad.

Economic stay

This property is being used as a least property for mostly low income it’s not advertise that way, and the place is poorly maintained, the room is super old and damaged all over the place as is the entire property, the police had to extract the lady two doors down for me one morning, the only positive thing is the AC worked. The water was generally warm, and the sheets were clean the other aspects of the property and Room are really deficient and not represented properly by Expedia.

Norwood Inn & Suites was formerly a LaQuinta. There are no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Only 1 towel for a double occupancy so we had to share. Light fixtures in the bathroom are missing pieces. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and cracks in the drywall near the shower head. No trash can in the room. Large holes in parking lot big enough to flatten your tires. I had stopped to look at a standard room 4 weeks ago and they showed me something that was very much different than the room they put me in.

Absolutely disgusting property, the staff was very dismissive. We were assigned to a room that already had occupants. It was lucky that we were the ones assigned so nothing was stilen, however it gave us an unsafe feeling. The housekeeping also allowed anyone into whatever room they wanted without confirmation of residence. Had to have our keys reprogrammed every 10 minutes, despite keeping the keys away from our phones and magnetic chargers. One of our rooms didnt have a fridge or microwave, and neither of the rooms' remotes worked. Also found several roaches. Very upset with this stay.
