Horrible place
Don’t expect a 5 star here!
Upon arrival, my assigned room contained leftover food in the refrigerator; however, the staff promptly addressed this issue and provided an alternate room. While the replacement room was spacious and comfortable, the pillows were inadequate, and low water pressure hindered proper toilet flushing. Overall, the accommodations were satisfactory for a short stay, but I would not recommend it for extended visits.
Only good thing about my stay was it was surrounded by good food places everything else was terrible
This hotel is not what is pictured to be it’s terrible. The carpet is disgusting. I was not happy with it when I went there, and I only stayed there for one night and I went to a different hotel. I could not take the smell of smoke in the room, which I did ask for a non-smoking room they are advertising this place And it’s not what it is. I was very disappointed very uncomfortable sleeping there for that one night I would never ever return there again very uncomfortable. Disgusting. I am just can’t believe a place like that exist. I do not recommend anyone going out unless you have to seriously be there for one night.
The room had roaches.
I arrived and there was cockroaches in the room. I recorded it and then I contacted hotels.com. immediately I said I wanted to refund. I was told by hotels.com and the property that I could not have a refund even though there was bugs. I then went to another room that I thought was a better room. Again, I asked for a refund and did not want to go to the other room and made it clear to hotels.com and the property Manager this .It was still in very bad shape. I was told by the hotel that it would not have cockroaches though, since it was so far away from the other room. I bought some food and I noticed when I was leaving there was cockroaches in the food. The door closest to where I would go in to be close to my room did not work from the outside so he had to go into main door. There was no hot water. The two times I tried to take a shower. The staff was pretty friendly but there was no breakfast even that I had time for breakfast and there was no microwave for refrigerator in room or any robes. If you need a cheap place to stay and don't mind bugs and not having water, this is it for you.
ROACH INFESTED CRAPHOLE! Bugs EVERYWHERE!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Cockroaches. We left. Nuff said.
